was born Samantha Anna Miller in South Carolina, and came to Westlake 65 years
ago. She was the widow of the late W. B. Pilley, Methodist Minister.

Surviving are four children, two sons, Tom and Jack Pilley, Mrs. D. D. Goss,
and Mrs. R. C. Sutherland, all of Westlake.

Arrangements for funeral services, which are expected to be held Friday, had
not been completed this afternoon.
