Pierre Belly and Jean and Pierre Hughes McGee have delcared that the act of 
partnership dated Nov. 14, 1796 had commenced July 10, 1797 in order to be for 
term of 3 1/2 years; and that Pierre Huger and Jean McGee consent that the 
fourth that they have been sold with the three-fourths of Pierre Belly.
