Receipt of money for the family of negroes purchased by Vicente Brun and 
Donato Ever; Santiago Mc Alpine appearing to give receipt; $1,000 being first 
payment for same; $700 paid and equivlent of $300 given in a tract which was 
purchased by Miguel Brun in Iberville Parish for $600, the $300 difference to 
be accounted for when the remainder of $1,700 will be paid in February, 1804.
