Etienne Ebert to Minors: Thomas, Marine, Paulene

Etienne Ebert, acknowledges that he has received money belonging to the minors 
of Amand Ebert, named: Thomas, Marine, Paulene for securtiy of same, he 
mortgages: His plantation situated on the left bank of the Mississippi river, 
between the lands of (torn) Leblanc and Pierre Landry, containing six arpents 
of land; which mortgage was accepted by Francois Ebert, tutor of the minors.
