To appear for him before all Tribunals as to his answer to the proceedings 
made against him by Joseph Mollere claiming to that which the slaves which 
Francois Connell had sold Ebert according to document of July 30, 1804 and 
claiming that they are mortgaged in Mollere's favor, ***.
