in the presence also of Simon Richard, under-tutor of Moyse, aged three and of 
Magdelaine Marthe, aged six, minor children of the late Forest and of 
Margueritte Richard; property estimated by Amant Richard, Anselme Blanchard 
and Pierre Allain, as follows: Movables, cattle, no immovables described.
