Sale - Juan Bautista Babin to Donato Ebert

A tract belonging to me situated in the said District on the left bank of the 
Mississippi river, bounded on the upper part by the plantation of Isaac 
Leblanc and below by lands of my property, composed of four arpents of front 
with the ordinary depth of forty, with all its dependencies, of the plantation 
of eight arpents of front which was possessed and purchased at the auction 
sale of the property of the deceased Cicilla Dupuis on the date of the first 
of the current month of April.
