Sale - Charles Babin and Pierre Moyse Forret To Joseph Athanase Landry

A tract of twelve arpents of front on the ordinary depth of forty, situated in 
this said Post on the right bank of the Mississippi river, adjacent above to 
the lands of Mr. Louis Mollere and below to those of Joseph Babin; selling 
also the buildings, enclosures which might be thereon in a word, such as the 
said 12 arpents might comprise and contain, belonging to them for having been 
conceeded by the Governor General of this Province on Nov. 20 and Dec. 6, the 
year 1785
