Pierre Couetre and Simon Babin which belongs to him as it apprears by the donation which was made to him by Theodor Duga, his brother-in-law, about three years ago, which act had been passed in this office, * * * it is understood that the cypress trees which are on the twelve arpents mentioned by the title of concession of which this land forms a part, will be partitioned in three, each part will contain four arpents of front and the lines narrowing in the depth in proportion as it is said by the title of concession. Mr. Comau is possessor of only the four arpents of cypress trees which are found by the middle of the said land. Thus also agreed, the said vendor and purchaser also Mr. Simon Babin, neighbor bordering the said land. Signatures: mark of x Exavier Boudrau P.
