Sale - Olivier Brasset to Mrs. Elisbet Richard, widow of the late Pierre 
Brasset

A plantation situated in this District on the left bank of the Mississippi 
river, adjacent above to the land of Mr. Baptiste Leblanc and below to Mr. 
Gorge Colfil, containing six arpents three toises, more or less, of front on 
the ordinary depth of forty arpents, with the house, enclosure and other 
buildings, in a word, such as the said plantation comprises and contains, the 
said vendor reserving a store and a pair of calves, the said plantation 
belonging to him for having been puchased of the late Mr. Pierre Brasset by 
act passed at the District of Lafourche.
