Sale - Pierre Brasseux and Mrs. Elizabet Richard, his wife to Joseph Brasseux, 
their son

A plantation of six arpents front on the Mississippi river with the ordinary 
depth of forty arpents, adjacent below to the plantation of Mr. Joseph Dupuy 
and above to that of Mr. Paul Babin, * * * This above said plantation (torn) 
to the above said Mr. Pierre Brasseux for having been purchased of Mr. Tomas 
Waren and Richard Roday about two years ago.

Act dated June 25, 1788 in which Pierre Brasseux and Elizabet Richard, his 
wife, state that a valuation is set for the payment of the price of the land, 
mentioning therein also that Paul Babin, is their son-n-law.
Act dated February 28, 1792 in which Pierre Brasseux has declared to have 
recieved of Joseph Brasseux his son, the price of the land.
