Exchange - Pierre Moyse Forret and Blaise Rivet, the latter appearing in his 
name as well as tutor of Marcel and Vital Rivet, minors; as being in charge of 
the affairs and acting for Narcier Rambo Sergeant of this Province, for having 
married Margueritte Rivet; all 4 heirs of Siril Rivet, deceased.

Pierre Moyse Forret to Blaise Rivet, in his name as well as his capacity:
Only three arpents of land on the ordinary depth of forty arpents taking from 
the upper part of his plantation situated in this said Post on the right bank 
of the Mississippi river, adjacent above to the lands of Mr. Joseph Mollere 
and below to that of the same Blaise Rivet; which belongs to him for having 
been acquired it of the late Siril Rivet, his step-father, and of his mother, 
Mrs. Margueritte Richard, by private act passed between them 1788.


Blaise Rivet, in his name and representing Narcis Rambo by reason of his wife 
To Pierre Moyse Forret:
A plantation situated in this Post on the same bank adjacent above to the 
lands of the said Pierre Moyse Forret and below to that of Francois Babin, 
containing three arpents twelve toises of front on the ordinary depth of forty 
arpents, the buildings, enclosures which might be thereon, in a word, such as 
the said plantation might comprise and contain which belongs to him as well as 
to those he represents, for having been inherited from the late Sirel Rivet, 
his decd. brother in Oct. 1792.
