Sale - Ana Landry, widow of the decd. Joseph Hebert; Antonio Blanchard, 
husband of Maria Josepha Hebert; and Joseph Docite Babin, husband of Margarita 
Hebert, as heirs of the decd. Joseph Hebert, husband and step-father To Juan 
Gerat


A tract belonging to us situated in the said District on the left bank of the 
Mississippi river, bounded on the upper part by lands of Simon Richard and 
below by those of Joseph Docite Babin, one of the declarers, composed of three 
arpents and fifteen toises of front with the ordinary depth of forty, the same 
which was possessed and purchased of Margarita Landry, widow of Jacinto Landry 
by deed executed before the actual Commandant, Dn Francisco Rivas, on the 
fifteenth day of the month November of the year passed of one thousand eight 
hundred.
