Receipt - Luis Nero to Juan Franchebois

Received sum which Franchebois owed for a tract belonging to him which Nero 
had sold him, situated in the proper District on the right bank of this 
Mississippi river, at the place called Plaquemine, composed of two arpents of 
front on the ordinary depth, bounded on the upper part by Augustin Richard and 
below by those of the Widow Juan Franchebois, according to the deed of sale 
which remains in this archives of my office, dated the twenty-third day of the 
month of January of one thousand seven hundred ninety-nine.
