Sale - Diego Ernandez, for Widow Joseph Pradier To Guillaume Bleck 

A tract situated at the said place on the right bank of the Mississippi river, 
adjacent above to those of Mr. Phillippe Roth and below to those Mister Pierre 
Voisin, containing three arpents or thereabout of front on the said river on 
the depth of eighty, the enclosures and other things which might be thereto 
dependent, in a word, such as this tract might contain, at this time, without 
anything excepted or reserved, which belongs to him for having been purchased 
of the said Mr. Voisin by act passed before the Commandant, the 3rd of Feb. of 
the year 1794, which is deposited in the archives of this Commandant; who 
appears as by procuration passed to him by Mrs. Dorothee de Villiers, widow of 
Mr. Joseph Pradier, dated April 22, 1793, copy of which is annexed to the sale 
passed in favor of Phillippe Roth, Oct. 26, same year. Diego Ernandez 
appearing for the widow.
