Sale - Felipe Roth to Santiago Leblanc

A tract situated in the said District on the right bank of the Mississippi 
river, bounded on the upper part by lands of Luis Leonard and below by those 
of Bartolome Hamelton, composed of three arpents of front with eighty of 
depth, the same which was possessed and purchased of Don Pedro Voisin, 
Lieutenant of the Militia and resident of the above said District, as Attorney 
for Dona Dorothea DeVilliers, widow of the deceased Dn Joseph Pradier, 
resident of the city of New Orleans, as tutor and curator ad bona, who is, of 
her minor children, according to the deed executed before the Commandant of 
the referred District who is we understand, Dn Nicolas DeVerbois, on the 
twenty-sixth day of the month of October of the year of one thousand seven 
hundred ninety-three.
