Date: July 22, 1805

Will - Alexander McDougal to Simon Pierre Babin 

Leaving him all property, if he dies, and does not come back from State of 
Georgia, where he now intends to go; the procuration of July 22, 1805 being 
declared void and null. 


Date: August 1, 1810

Signed by N. Meriam, Parish Judge, stating that the Will is null and void, 
because Alexandre McDougal has returned safe and sound from the State of 
Georgia.
