Joe Barry, 65, a native and resident of Cut Off, died Aug. 31, 2004.

Visitation will be 10 a.m. to 3 p.m. Friday at Samart Funeral Home in Cut Off. A 
religious service will be held at 3 p.m. Friday at the funeral home, with burial 
at Sacred Heart Cemetery in Cut Off.

He is survived by his wife, Jeanette Thibodeaux Barrios; brother, Roy Barrios 
Jr.; and sisters, Iona Melancon, Vivian Griffin and Gerri Danos.

He was preceded in death by his parents, Joseph and Josephine Callais Barrios 
Sr.; and brother, Roy Barrios Sr.

He had a gold record "I'm a Fool to Care." He was an avid musician and member of 
Westwego Hall of Fame, Louisiana Hall of Fame and Gulf Coast Hall of Fame.

Samart Funeral Home is in charge of arrangements.
