Sheldon Chiasson					[Photo]

Sheldon "Shine" Chiasson, 75, a native of Chackbay and resident of Thibodaux, 
died at 6:15 a.m. Aug. 12, 2005.

Visitation will be 8 to 11 a.m. Tuesday at Christ the Redeemer Catholic Church 
in Thibodaux. A Mass of Christian burial will be celebrated at 11 a.m. Tuesday 
at the church, with burial at St. Joseph Cemetery in Thibodaux.

He is survived by his wife, Pearl Adams Chiasson; sons, Howell and Patrick 
Chiasson; daughters, Cynthia Tabler, Marsha Stevens and Monna Richard; sisters, 
Nina Ledet, Lodia Rodrigue, Mary Marcello, Mildred "Millie" Grazier and Dorothy 
"Dot" Howard; and 10 grandchildren.

He was preceded in death by his parents, Wallace "Snap" and Alice Adams 
Chiasson; brothers, Joseph "Yank" Chiasson, Wilbert "Tiny" Chiasson; Wiley 
"Moro" Chiasson, Preston and Albert "Boot" Chiasson.

Thibodaux Funeral Home is in charge of arrangements.
