Emmiline Adams						[Photo]

Emmiline "MaMa Coon" Margaret McDonald Adams, 81, a native of Middlesbrough, 
England and resident of Heritage Manor in Houma, died at 1:10 a.m. July 15, 
2005.

Visitation will be 6 to 10 p.m. Tuesday and 8 to 10 a.m. Wednesday at Chauvin 
Funeral Home. A Mass of Christian burial will be celebrated at 10 a.m. Wednesday 
at the funeral home chapel, with burial at St. Francis de Sales No. 2 Cemetery.

She is survived by her sons, Sidney Adams Jr. of Clovis, Calif., Anthony Adams 
of Virginia Beach, Va., and John Adams of Gray; daughters, Yvonne Guidry of 
Montegut, Pamela Duplantis of Raceland and Donna Darcey of Houma; 21 
grandchildren; 31 great-grandchildren; and three great-great-grandchildren.

She was preceded in death by her husband, Sidney Joseph Adams Sr.; parents, 
Thomas William McDonald Sr. and Gladys Vivian Medd McDonald; daughter, Tina 
Marie Adams; great-granddaughter, Alyssa Cortez; brother, Thomas McDonald Jr.; 
sisters, Margaret Watts, Gladys McDonald Bylett and Dinah McDonald.

She was a veteran of British Air Corps during World War II.

Donations to Heritage Manor Activity Department or Kidney Foundation, 8200 
Hampton, New Orleans, LA 70001 are preferred.

She was a parishioner of Maria Immacolata Catholic Church.

Chauvin Funeral Home is in charge of arrangements.
