Shirley Blank

Shirley Jean Moore Blank, 54, a native and resident of Thibodaux, died June 20, 
2005.

Visitation will be 8 to 11 a.m. Wednesday at Thibodaux Funeral Home Chapel in 
Thibodaux. A religious service will be held at 11 a.m. Wednesday at the funeral 
home, with burial at St. Joseph Cemetery in Thibodaux.

She is survived by her husband, Ferrall Blank; son, Bryan Blank; brothers, 
George "Bubba" W. Moore Jr. and Michael Wayne Moore, both of Thibodaux; sisters, 
Cathy Bernard and Sandra Levron, both of Thibodaux.

She was preceded in death by her parents, George W. Sr. and Nellie Holley Moore.

Thibodaux Funeral Home is in charge of arrangements.
