Willie Charles Neal Jr., 58, a native and resident of Thibodaux, died June 20, 
2005.

Visitation will be from 9 to 11 a.m. Saturday at St. Peter Baptist Church in 
Thibodaux. A religious service will be held at 11 a.m. at the church, with 
burial in the church cemetery.

He is survived by his wife, Ruby Neal of Thibodaux; son Willie Neal III of 
Schriever; daughters Angela Neal of Schriever and Diane Neal of Thibodaux; 
brothers Joel Brown of Raceland, Joseph Brown and Bryant Brown of Thibodaux; 
sisters Mable Brown and Joyce Brown of Thibodaux, Patricia Sanders of Phoenix, 
Ariz., and Hazel Brazile of Madeira, Calif; 11 grandchildren; and two great-
grandchildren.

He was preceded in death by his parents, Willie and Mable Neal; foster parent, 
Frank Brown Sr., one brother, Frank Brown Jr., and two sisters, Anna Ward, and 
Noel Brown.

He was a member of St. Peter Baptist Church. He enjoyed collecting church 
memorabilia.

Kennedy Funeral Home of Raceland is in charge of arrangements.
