Eleonore "Lore" Stark Blum, age 79, a native of Schillingsfurst, Germany and a 
resident of Thibodaux died on Monday, February 24, 2014.

She was the mother of Butch Blum, Robert "Bob" Blum and Caroline Blum Hebert 
and husband Fred C. Hebert, Jr. She is also survived by granddaughter Eleanna 
Hebert.
She was preceded in death by her husband Ronald Blum and parents; Heinrich 
Stark and Karolina Schmidt Stark.

Visitation will be on Saturday, March 1, 2014 from 6:00 pm until 8:00 pm at 
Thibodaux Funeral Home. A memorial service will be held at 8:00 pm at the 
funeral home.

The family would like to thank the staff of St. Joseph Hospice, particularly, 
Grace, Tamika and Angel, and special friend, Angela Morrison. They would like 
to also thank the staff at Thibodaux Regional Medical Center and The Cancer 
Center as well as Dr. Soignet, Dr. Ellis, Dr. Rais and Dr. Perez.

Funeral arrangements are under the direction of Thibodaux Funeral Home.
