Ivy Joseph Frank, 50 a resident of Terrebonne Parish and resident of Gray, LA 
died on February 12, 2014 at Oshsner Foundation Medical Center. 

Services will be held on Friday, February 21, 2014 at Beacon Light Baptist 
Church. Visitation from 9:00a.m. until funeral time at 11:00a.m. 

with burial at Halfway Cemetery. 

He is survived by his mother, Bessie Mae Evans. Sons, Ivory and wife Ariel 
Smith, Dewayne, Roderick, Malcolm and Zachary Smith, Nicholas and Jeremiah 
Conrey and Brock Frank. Daughters, LaShonda Smith, Brooke Frank, Chantell and 
Brittany Conrey. Brother, Andrew Frank and sister, Joyce M. Mosley. 11 
grandchildren. 

He was preceded in death by his father, Andrew Walker and brother, James Robert 
Evans.
