WILLIE JOSEPH, JR., a retired Postal Worker with 30 years of service 
and a U.S. Army Veteran died Feb. 19, 2014 at AMG Specialty Hospital in 
Houma, LA. 

He was 81, a native of Napoleonville, LA and a resident of Thibodaux, LA. 

Visitations at Morning Star Baptist Church, 101 Brule Guillot Road, Thibodaux, 
LA from 9:00am to Religious Services at 11:00am Saturday, March 1, 2014 . 

Burial in Morning Star Baptist Church cemetery, Brule Rd., Thibodaux. 

Survived by 2 sisters and spouse, Jerry and James Granger of Napoleonville, LA, 
and Rose J. Avery of Thibodaux, LA; 3 sisters-in-law, Bessie Dupaty Joseph of 
Labadieville, LA, Mary Ann Joseph of Mississippi, and Florentine C. Blanchard 
of Napoleonville, LA; A devoted friend, Phillip Avery; Also a host of nieces, 
nephews, other relatives and friends. 

Preceded in death by his parents, Willie, Sr. and Mable Johnson Joseph; 3 
sisters, Lillie Mae Barrio, Lillie Rose Joseph, Betty Jean Joseph; 2 brothers, 
Raymond, Sr. and Chester Joseph; 1 niece, Anthonette Joseph-Oubre.
