Daniel Smith, 61. A resident of Montegut, Louisiana died on February 14, 2014 
at AMG Specialty Hospital. 

Services will be held on Saturday, February 22, 2014 at Mt. Olive Baptist 
Church in Chauvin, LA. Visitation from 9:00a.m until funeral time at 11:00a.m. 

Burial at Southdown Cemetery. 

He is survived by his sons, Daniel Smith III, Mason Jerrel Smith and Ramey 
Billiot. Sister, Ruby Smith Ross (Jimmy) and 5 grandchildren. 

He was preceded in death by his parents, Daniel Smith, Sr., and Augustine 
Redmond Smith. Sister, Earenstine Smith Redmond. 

He was a Baptist and church treasurer. He enjoyed his loving family, watching 
football, jogging and working on computers. He was a computer analysis.
