Joseph B. Zeringue, 93, a native of Burnside and resident of Gramercy, passed 
away Thursday, Feb. 27, 2014. 

Visitation will be from 8:30 a.m. until funeral time Saturday at Sacred Heart 
Catholic Church in Gramercy. A Mass of Christian burial will be at 10 a.m. 
Saturday at the church, 

with burial in St. Joseph Church Mausoleum in Paulina, 

He is survived by his daughter, JoAnn Z. Zeringue and son-in-law, Thomas A. 
Zeringue, of Labadieville; brother, Eldrige "Gee" Zeringue; grandchildren, 
Tommy J. Zeringue, of Labadieville, and Tammy M. Benoit and husband, Michael P. 
Benoit, of Thibodaux; and great-grandchildren, Star Carter, Skylynn, and Sunnie 
Zeringue. 

He was preceded in death by his spouse, Marie Hymel Zeringue; daughter, 
Constance "Connie" Zeringue; son, Stanley "Bud" Zeringue; parents, Rene 
Zeringue and Irene Brou Zeringue; sister, Beatrice Z. Jacob; and brothers, 
Herman J., Norman P., Ralph J., and Rene "Boonie" J. Zeringue. 

Rose Lynn Funeral Services in Lutcher is in charge of arrangements.
