All rights reserved. http://usgwarchives.net/copyright.htm http://usgwarchives.net/la/lafiles.htm ********************************************** By virtue of a commission to sell issued out of the Honorable the Twenty-first Judicial District Court in the above entitled and numbered Succession, bearing date of January 13th, 1927, and to me directed, commanding me to sell the property real and personal of the deceased for the purpose of realizing funds with which to pay debts, charges, and costs of said succession, I have taken into my official custody the property hereinafter described, and will offer for sale at public auction on SATURDAY THE 26th DAY OF FEBRUARY, 1927 during legal sale hours of said day, at the last place of residence of the deceased, in the 10th ward of the Parish of Livingston, State of Louisiana, the following described property, to wit:-- Real Estate 1st lot 1, of section 48, T 8, S, R, 6 East, containing 180 acres, as per private Survey made by W. R. Rownd, Surveyor, acquired by Mrs. Sarah A. Ryan, by deed or record in Book 8, page 602, of the Conveyance Records of the Parish of Livingston, Louisiana. 2nd Lot No. 2, of Section 48, T 8 S, R. 6 East, containing 179.82 acres, as per private Survey made by W. B. Rownd, Surveyor. Acquired by Mrs Sarah A. Ryan, in Act of Partition, of record in Book 14, page 390 Conveyances of th Parish of Livingston, State of Louisiana, less land, in the SW corner, donated by Mrs. Sarah A.
