All rights reserved. ************************************************************************************************** Frances Kathan Abrahm - Madison Parish, Louisiana From Tallulah Madison Journal April 23, 1997 Funeral services for Mrs. Frances Kathan Abrahm, age 80, of Tallulah, were held at 2 p.m., Friday, April 18, 1997 in the First United Methodist Church of Tallulah. Rev. Lillard Bevel and Rev. John Rushing officiated. Mrs. Abrahm died Wednesday, April 16, 1997 in the Columbia Vicksburg Medical Center after a brief illness. She was born in Arkansas and had lived in Tallulah for the past 78 years. She was a housewife and a member of the First United Methodist Church. Mrs. Abrahm is survived by her husband, Salo Abrahm, Jr., Tallulah; her daughter, Lee Craig Dearman, Hattiesburg, Miss.; three grandchildren, Raymond Marion Dearman, Jr., Memphis, Tenn.; Lee Kathan Dearman, Oxford, Miss.; and Commodore Craig Dearman, Hattiesburg, Miss. Also, her sister, Joan Kathan Scott, Tallulah; two great-grandchildren and numerous nieces and nephews. Pallbearers were Charles Ladd Abrahm, William E. Abrahm, Walter M. Scott, III, Joseph Kathan Scott, Raymond Marion Dearman, Jr. and Commodore Craig Dearman. Honorary pallbearers were Edgar Lancaster, Jr., Warren Patrick, Cliff Adams and Jack Folk.
