He was the son of the late W. Curtis Agee and Josephine Coleman Agee of Tallulah, Louisiana. He was a retired Latin teacher, musician and composer, and was a 1963 graduate of the University of Virginia. A member of the Saturn Club in Buffalo, N.Y., since 1959, he was also a member of the Society of the Cincinnati in North Carolina, the Society of Colonial Wars in Virginia, and the Order of First Families of Virginia. Interment in Louisiana will be private.
