All rights reserved. ************************************************ Ruby Bell Alexander - Madison Parish, Louisiana From Vicksburg Post, November 13, 2004 TALLULAH — Ruby Bell Alexander died Friday, Nov. 12, 2004, at River Region Medical Center. She was 86. Mrs. Alexander was born in Union City, Tenn., and had lived in Tallulah for 67 years. She was a homemaker and was an Avon representative for 40 years. She was preceded in death by her husband, Lloyd C. Alexander, a grandson, John Thomas Alexander, and a brother, Ilar Osborne. She is survived by two sons, Sam Alexander of Exmore, Va., and Ron Alexander of Dallas; one daughter, Pam Kifer of Tallulah; one sister, Jeanette Sharp of Newellton; six grandchildren; and two great-grandchildren. Services will be at 10 a.m. Monday at First Baptist Church with the Revs. John W. Rushing and Todd Sumrall officiating. Burial will follow in Memorial Park Cemetery. Visitation will be at Crothers-Glenwood Funeral Home from 5 p.m. until 6 p.m. Sunday. Pallbearers will be her grandsons.
