Anderson - Madison Parish, Louisiana From Tallulah Madison Journal May 16, 1974 Jesse L. Anderson Jesse L. Anderson, 75, a prominent Madison Parish planter, died at 1:15 p.m. at Oschsner's Clinic in New Orleans after a short illness. Mr. Anderson suffered a massive stroke before being taken to the hospital a few days ago/ Services are incomplete, but are under direction of Crothers Funeral Home of Tallilash. Burial will be in Providence Memorial Park Cemetery. A native of Hinds County, Miss., Mr. Anderson had resided here most of his life. He owned Richmond Plantation south of Tallulah. He was a director of Southern National Bank at Tallulah and was a member of the Board of Stewards of the Methodist Church. Survivors include his widow, Mrs. Ina Anderson; one son, Tommy, of Tallulah; and a daughter, Mrs. Bruce Faught of New Orleans.
