All rights reserved. ************************************************************************************************ Mary Ella Arender - Madison Parish, Louisiana From Vicksburg Evening Post May 13, 1948 SERVICES TO BE HELD FRIDAY FOR TALLULAH WOMAN Mrs. Mary Ella Arender Dies Yesterday At Tallulah TALLULAH, May 13 - Funeral services will be held Friday morning at 10 o'clock at the Tallulah Baptist Church for Mrs. Mary Ella Arender who died Wednesday. She was 57. A member of the Baptist Church, Mrs. Arender lived few miles south of Tallulah on the Newellton highway. The Rev. Shirley Briggs will officiate at the services. She is survived by her husband, Tomer Arender; five daughters, Mrs. Ulmer Clement of Transylvania; Mrs. Irene Piper of San Antonio; Mrs. Myrtis Pitts of Lucedale, Miss.; Mrs. Mattie D. Williamson and Miss Shirley Arender of Tallulah; three sons, James H., Billy Rae and Donald Wayne Arender of Tallulah; her father, Charles Meyers of McGee, and four brothers and four sisters of McGee.
