Dewey H. Arrington - Madison Parish, Louisiana

Services for Dewey H. Arrington, 79, were at 10 a.m. Monday at Crothers Funeral Home in Tallulah 
with the Rev. Larry Miller officiating. Graveside services were at 2 p.m. Monday at Hebron Baptist 
Church Cemetery in Dry Prong with the Rev. Dick DeBusk officiating.

Mr. Arrington died Saturday at Madison Parish Hospital after a long illness.

He was a native of Alexandria and a resident of Tallulah for the past seven years. He was a retired 
insurance salesman and member of the Baptist Church.

Survivors include his wife, Mrs. Vivian Arrington of Tallulah; a son, Jerry Arrington of Tallulah; 
a daughter, Mrs. Carolyn Markham of Jacksonville, Fla.; four brothers, J. W. Arrington of Shreveport, 
Coty Arrington, Hardy Arrington and C. A. Arrington, all of Dry Prong; a sister, Mrs. Omye Campbell 
of Lake Charles; six grandchildren; two step grandchildren; and six great-grandchildren.

Nephews were pallbearers.
