All rights reserved. ************************************************************************************************ Ora Ashley - Madison Parish, Louisiana From Tallulah Madison Journal, March 18, 1982 Services for Mrs. Ora Ashley were at 2:30 p m. Wednesday at Crothers Funeral Home chapel with the Rev. Crawford Williams officiating. Burial was in Silver Cross Cemetery. Mrs. Ashley died Tuesday at a Vicksburg Hospital in Vicksburg, She was a native of Epps and Tallulah resident for more than 60 years. She was a housewife and a member of the Epps Church of God. Survivors include three brothers, John H. Nolan of Tallulah, Lucian Nolan of Lake Providence and the Rev. J.P. Nolan of West Monroe; two sisters, Mrs. Betty Brewer of Epps and Mrs. Maggie Hale of Alexandria; three grandchildren; and four great-grandchildren.
