All rights reserved. ************************************************************************************************ Boyer Beaird - Madison Parish, Louisiana From Tallulah Madison Journal May 20, 1971 Boyer Beaird rites Today Boyer Beaird, 58, died early Friday morning In Delhi clinic following an apparent heart attack. He was a native of Lillie. La. but had been a resident of Madison Parish for over 20 years. Mr. Beaird was a farmer, a member of the Baptist Church, veteran of World War II and a member of the American Legion. Funeral services will be held today at 3:00 p. m. at the First Baptist Church with Rev. Leroy Joyner and Rev. D, T. Myles officiating. Burial will follow in Providence Memorial Cemetery of Tallulah. Survivors include his wife, Mrs. Laverne Beaird; one son, Bob Beaird, of Tallulah: one daughter, Miss Gloria Beaird, Tallulah; one granddaughter; two brothers, J. R, Beaird, Delhi, W. C. Beaird, Angleton, Texas; five sisters, Mrs. J. M. Fuller, Tallulah, Mrs. Everett Bedgood, Tallulah, Mrs. S. A. McCullough, Natchez, Mrs. Paul Hoover, Little Rock. Ark., Mrs. J. V. Spears, Hiwasse, Ark. Pallbearers are Ralph Fore, Billy Frith, Malcolm Bishop, Fred Givens.
