Bilbo - Madison Parish, Louisiana From Tallulah Madison Journal, February 26, 1981 Services for Theodore A. Bilbo were held Friday in the chapel of Crothers Funeral Home with the Rev. Crawford Williams officiating. Graveside services were held in Silver Cross Cemetery in Tallulah. Mr. Bilbo died Thursday at his home after a long illness. He was a native of Poplarville, Miss. and was a Tallulah resident of or 42 years. He worked at Chicago Mill and Lumber for more than 30 years. He was a member of the First Baptist Church of Tallulah. Mr. Bilbo was also a member of Scott-Nicols-Voak American Legion Post No. 100, the Masonic Lodge and a veteran of World War I. Survivors include his wife, Mrs. Marie Revelle Bilbo of Tallulah; a son, Theodore A. Bilbo Jr. of Pearl River; two stepsons, M.C. Elledge and Eddie Mac Elledge both of Tallulah; a brother, Matthew Bilbo of Florida; three sisters, Mrs. Ethel Taylor and Mrs. Ida Pearson, both of Picayune, Miss., and Mrs. Omie Holder of Pearl River; 12 grandchildren; 14 great-grandchildren and three great-great-grandchildren. Pallbearers were Theodore Penton, Freddie Penton, Steve Elledge, Ken Elledge, Craig Bilbo and John Collins.
