Bridge - Madison Parish, Louisiana From Monroe Morning World December 19, 1959 TALLULAH, La., June 20. — (Special) — Funeral services for Charles M. Bridges [sic Bridge], 60, who died in a Vicksburg hospital Friday night were held at the Trinity Episcopal church here Sunday afternoon with the Rev. George A. A. Tocher officiating. Interment was made in Silver Cross cemetery here. Mr. Bridges was a planter and former Missouri Pacific railroad agent here. He was a Mason and a member of the Episcopal church. He was a native of Elwood, Ill., and had resided here for the past 11 years. Surviving are the widow; one son, Chalmer Bridge, Tallulah; a sister, Mrs. Myrtle Brady, Woodson, Ill., and two brothers, Arthur C. Bridge, Dallas, Tex., and Ed Bridge, Virden, Ill. Pallbearers were Jesse Anderson, Harry Bankston, D. W. Whitfield, W. C. Purdy, G. E. Bessonette and Mr. Wenzel, of Talla Bena. From Madison Journal June 25, 1937 CHARLES M.
