Graveside services for Mr. Luther Eugene Butler, age 84, of Tallulah, will be held at 11:00 A.M., Wednesday, May 14, 2014 in the Memorial Park Cemetery in Tallulah, with Bro. Ray Thornton officiating.

Visitation will be Wednesday, from 10:00 until 11:00 A.M. at the funeral home.

Burial will be under the direction of Crothers-Glenwood Funeral Home of Tallulah.

Mr. Butler died Sunday night, May 11, 2014 in the Glenwood Regional Medical Center in West Monroe, Louisiana after a lengthy illness. He was born in Newellton, Louisiana and had lived in Tallulah for 61 years. he was a retired fireman with the Tallulah Fire Department.

Survivors include his wife, Winona Jane Butler and one daughter, Theresa Jean Butler, both of Tallulah, LA and one brother, Don Butler of Tallulah, LA.
