Olive Patterson Byrd - Madison Parish, Louisiana

Funeral Services for Mrs. Olive Patterson Byrd were held at 10 a.m. Friday, Oct. 20, 1995, in the 
chapel of Crothers-Glenwood Funeral Home with the Rev. John Rushing officiating. Burial followed 
at the Silver Cross Cemetery in Tallulah.

Mrs. Byrd died Wednesday, Oct. 18, 1995, at Madison Parish Hospital after a brief illness. She was 80.
Mrs. Byrd was a native of Arcadia and had lived in the Madison Parish area for 55 years. She was a 
housewife and member of the First Baptist Church of Tallulah.

She is survived by one daughter; Sarah Jean Crothers of Tallulah; one brother, Bill Patterson of Arcadia; 
one sister, Lucy Rogers of Arcadia; two grandchildren; and two great-grandchildren.

Pallbearers were Glynn Weems, Todd Bean, Lynn Honeycutt, Phillip Crothers, Tommy Byrd and Bobby Todd.
