Cannon - Madison Parish, Louisiana From Tallulah Madison Journal, October 15, 1986 Services for Donald R. Cannon, 61, of West Monroe will be at 10 a.m. Thursday at Kilpatrick Funeral Home Chapel in West Monroe with the Rev. Merlin Mosher officiating. Burial will be in Twin Cities Memorial Gardens under the direction of the funeral home. Mr. Cannon died Tuesday at Glenwood Regional Hospital after a long illness. He was a native of Blytheville, Ark. and was a retired machine designer for Manville Corp. He was a veteran of World War II and attended the Welcome Home Church of God. Survivors include his wife, Mrs. Ann Cannon of West Monroe; two sons, David Cannon and Kirk Cannon, both of West Monroe; one daughter, Mrs. Lou Ann Lawrence of West Monroe; mother, Mrs. Essie Cannon of Tallulah; one sister, Mrs. Dora Yerger of Tallulah and four grandchildren. Pallbearers will be Murry Streetman, Thomas Parker, Wallace Hinson, Robert Hart, Bobby Wilson and W. E. Beard.
