All rights reserved. ************************************************************************************************ Allie Mae Carter - Madison Parish, Louisiana From Tallulah Madison Journal, March 11, 1982 Services for Mrs. Allie Mae Carter were at 2p.m. Monday at the Tallulah First Baptist Church with the Rev. Crawford Williams officiating. Burial was in Silver Cross Cemetery under direction of Crothers Funeral Home of Tallulah. Mrs. Carter died Saturday at a Hospital in Vicksburg after a long illness. She was a native of Columbia, a Tallulah resident for 46 years, and a member of the First Baptist Church. Survivors include two sons, Carl J. Carter of Pea Ridge, Ark., Troyce Carter of Delhi; daughter, Mrs. Frances Whatze of Kenner; four brothers, Johnny Williams of Winnsboro, Luther Williams of West Monroe, Cecil Williams of Baldwin, Mo., Horace Williams of LaCross, Va.; sister, Mrs. C. B. Coburn of Lake Providence; nine grandchildren; and five great-grandchildren. Pallbearers were Robert Williams, Eursel Carter, Harvey Presley, Danny Williams, Jerry Coburn, and Troyce Carter Jr.
