Pastor Marcell Ronquell will be officiating. Interment will be held at 2:00 PM at the Northwest Louisiana Veterans Cemetery, Keithville, LA under the direction of Kilpatrick Funeral Home West Monroe. SSGT Retired Troyce Ray Carter, Sr. was born July 31, 1937 in Tallulah, LA and passed away Sunday, February 13, 2011 in West Monroe after a lengthy illness. He is a three-time Vietnam veteran, and a long standing member of the American Legion. He is survived by his wife, Wanda Louise Carter; five children; Cindy, Ann, Missy, Rhonda and Troyce R. Jr.; nine grandchildren and eight great-grandchildren. Visitation will be held Wednesday, February 16, 2011 from 5:00 PM until 8:00 PM at Kilpatrick Funeral Home West Monroe.
