All rights reserved. ************************************************************************************************ Noah Grandy Cartwright III - Madison Parish, Louisiana From Tallulah Madison Journal, January 2, 1986 Noah Grandy Cartwright III, 61, of Monroe, died Saturday at his residence in Monroe after a long illness. Graveside services were at 11 a.m. Monday at Ermen Cemetery in Osceola, Ark. Burial was under direction of Swift Funeral Home of Osceola, Ark., with local arrangements under direction of Mulhearn Funeral Home on Sterlington Road in Monroe. Mr. Cartwright was a native of Osceola, Ark., but had lived most of his life in Tallulah and had lived in Monroe for the past 11 years. He was a retired auditor of Tobacco & Alcohol for the State of Louisiana and was a Navy veteran. Survivors include his wife, Mrs. Lorene Cartwright of Monroe; three sons, N. G. Cartwright and Johnny Cartwright both of Tallulah, and Finley Cartwright of Nacodoches, Texas; two daughters, Mrs. Michael R. Bradley of Sondheimer and Cindy Cartwright of Los Osos, Calif.; two sisters, Mrs. Martha Jean McDonald and Mrs. Mary Bowen, both of Memphis, Tenn.; and five grandchildren.
