From Crothers-Glenwood Funeral Home January 4, 2016

Funeral services for Mr. John William Collins, age 58, of Tallulah, will be at 11:00 A.M., Wednesday, 
January 6, 2016, at the First Baptist Church in Tallulah, with Bro. Jason McGuffie officiating.

Visitation will be Tuesday, January 5, 2016, from 6:00 to 8:00 P.M., at Crothers-Glenwood Funeral Home in Tallulah.

Burial will be in the Memorial Park Cemetery in Tallulah, La., under the direction of Crothers-Glenwood Funeral Home.

Mr. Collins died Sunday, January 3, 2016, in Merit Health River Region Hospital in Vicksburg, Mississippi 
after a brief illness. He was born in Vicksburg, Ms., and had lived all of his life in Tallulah. He was a farmer 
and a member of the First Baptist Church in Tallulah.

He was preceded in death by his father, James Gerald Collins, and his grandparents, Mr.William A. Harvey and 
Mrs. Erline Miller Harvey and Mr. Wilburn Collins and Mrs. Bessie Lee Collins.

Survivors include his wife, Cindy Elledge Collins,1 daughter, Jessica Collins Eakes and husband, Jackie Eakes, 1 son, 
William Collins, his mother, Ann Harvey Collins, all of Tallulah, La., 2 brothers, Randy Collins of Bryant, Arkansas 
and Danny Collins and his wife, Vicki, of Tallulah, La., 2 grandchildren, Jacklyn Marie Eakes and Hunter William Eakes 
of Tallulah and numerous nieces and nephews.

Pallbearers will be Pat Patrick, Paul Fortenberry, Buford Fortenberry, Steve Collins, Preston Walker, 
and Glenn Guimbellot.
