Collins - Madison Parish, Louisiana From Tallulah Madison Journal, February 19, 1976 Thomas V. Collins, 43, of Slidell, died Wednesday, Feb. 4 after a short in a Slidell hospital. Mr. Collins is the husband of the former Mary Ann Girod of Tallulah. He had taught school at the Florida Avenue Elementary School for the past six years. Funeral services were held at 10 a.m. Friday, Feb. 6 and burial followed in the Highland Park Cemetery in Hattiesburg. Survivors include his wife, Mary Ann Collins; and mother, Mrs. Virginia S. Carter of Hattiesburg.
