Coltharp, widow of William F. Coltharp, died in Concord, New Hampshire. Funeral services there were followed by cremation and the ashes will be interred later in the family plot in Tallulah, La. Before her marriage Mrs. Coltharp was Lavinia Jeannette Downes, youngest daughter of Judge Richard C. Downes and Lavinia Hamilton. She was born in Ruston, La., during the War Between the States but spent her childhood in southern Louisiana and most of her adult life in Madison parish and in Shreveport. She is survived by a nephew and niece, Paul L. Fleming of Gulfport, Miss. and Mrs. Lelia Fleming Schneidau, her foster-daughter, of Belen, New Mexico, and by a great niece, Mrs. Edward A Heffner and Mrs. Heffner's four children, also of Belen.
