All rights reserved. ************************************************ William Hamilton Cox - Madison Parish, Louisiana From Madison Journal, March 9, 1937 TALLULAH - William Hamilton Cox, 75, resident of Madison parish for many years, died at his home at Miami, Fla. Sunday. He was a native of Cloverbloom (sic) plantation in western Mississippi and had been a leading planter and merchant here before moving to Miami ten years ago. Funeral services will be held in Canton, Ga., Tuesday. Mr. Cox is survived by his wife, Mrs. Roberta McAfee Cox, a kindergarten teacher of Miami, and a sister, Mrs. R. K. Boney of Tallulah.
