Crosby - Madison Parish, Louisiana From Tallulah Madison Journal June 3, 1992 Funeral services for Dr. Robert T. Crosby, 52, of Bowling Green, Ky. were held May 27 at The Presbyterian Church there with burial in Fairview Cemetery. Dr. Crosby, a native of Tallulah, was an ophthalmologist with Ophthalmology Associates. The Navy veteran graduated from Louisiana State University Medical School in 1965 and served his residency at the Naval Hospital in Philadelphia. He was a staff member at Greenview Hospital and past chairman of the Greenview Hospital Board of Trustees. He was a member of the American Academy of Ophthalmology, the Warren County Medical Society, the Bowling Green Medical Society, the American Medical Society and the Kentucky Medical Association. He was a member and elder of The Presbyterian Church, past president of the Bowling Green-Warren County Arts Commission and a member of the Fountain Square Players. Survivors include his wife, Joyce Ann Crosby; three sons, David Lee Crosby of Auburn, Ala. and Jon Timer Crosby and Jay Lewis Crosby, both of Bowling Green; one sister, Delores Calhoun of Minden; and a half brother, James William Crosby Jr. of Starkville, Miss.
