All rights reserved. ************************************************************************************************** Robert Ben (Bobby) Dacus - Madison Parish, Louisiana From Tallulah Madison Journal February 28, 1990 Funeral services for Mr. Robert Ben (Bobby) Dacus, 45, of Transylvania, were at 10 a.m. Wednesday at the Tallulah Church of Christ with Bro. V.W. Hayhurst officiating. Burial was in the Providence Memorial Cemetery under direction of Crothers Funeral Home. Mr. Dacus died Feb. 25 at his home in Stafford, Tex. following a long illness. He was a native of Transylvania, a resident of Stafford for a number of years, a graduate of Lake Providence High School and district manager for Network Security of Houston, Tex. Survivors include his wife, Brenda Dacus of Stafford; one son, Chris Dacus of North Richland Hills, Tex.; one stepson, Bryan Livingston of Tomball, Tex.; his parents, Holmon and Pauline Dacus of Transylvania; grandmother, Clara Gilbreath of Mer Rouge; five sisters, Jo Ellen Michell of Shreveport, Caroline Dacus of Stafford, Margie Sullivan of Brandon, Miss., Glenda Stanley of Transylvania and Vicki Thompson of Benton; and a number of aunts, uncles, nieces, nephews and friends. Pallbearers were Donnie Mack Johnson, John Harris, Ralph Simmons, Lamar Williams, Gary Parker and Ricky Parker.
